Jun 09, 2026"Loved the outdoor space. Everything (food and service) was excellent except at the end, when we had to wait a very long time to get our check despite asking for it. Eventually I went to the desk on our way out to pay. For locals, I fear the very limited menu could be a problem over time. I was surprised there was no main course special. All of that said, we had a delightful evening and would not hesitate to return should we ever visit Zurich again."

Jun 03, 2026"This was all in one of the best dining experiences in Zurich. Incredible nice service, the food is out of this world and the atmosphere is nice and cosy in a really old house. I would absolutely go there again. I had the venison terrine with pea cream and shallot compote as a starter, the best cordon bleu I have ever had. The fries were kind of croquette-fries and had a nice consistency in it. The dessert was two scoops of ice cream which were really nice. The chocolate ice cream was also among the best I have ever had. When I asked if it was home made they said yes. Price wise it is a bit on the more expensive side. We paid gor two people 300 including tip."

I think your experience will be largely affected by which "stuben" you sit in as unfortunately ours was quite noisy and hard to hear sometimes. Nonetheless, food was delicious ****"

Apr 30, 2026"What a great Dining experience. Exceptional wine, service and food. The croquettes are must have to start. Pure oxtail. And not often do you find a pathivier on a menu. It was a great vegetarian option, full of flavour. I did finish with a tart tatin which was very light for a tatin. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough."
